On January 31, 2010 at around 3:23 p.m., Longview Officers were dispatched to a residential burglary in progress at Scenic Street at Harroun Circle. A witness had called 911 to report that someone was breaking into a home located at 501 Harroun Drive and that the suspects were currently fleeing from the home on foot.
