On January 31, 2010 at around 3:23 p.m., Longview Officers were dispatched to a residential burglary in progress at Scenic Street at Harroun Circle. A witness had called 911 to report that someone was breaking into a home located at 501 Harroun Drive and that the suspects were currently fleeing from the home on foot.

Officers arrived on scene and located the four juvenile suspects in the 600 block of Golfcrest Drive. The suspects were wearing clothing that matched the descriptions given by witnesses and evidence at the scene tied the suspects to the burglary scene.

Officers transported all four juveniles to the Gregg County Juvenile Detention Center and charged them with burglary of a habitation, a 2nd degree felony.
