CODE Serves Gilmer Road Narcotics Warrant
Drugs located upon entry
On February 1, 2010 at around 3:36 p.m., the Gregg County Organized Drug Enforcement (CODE) Unit served a narcotics search warrant at 2905 Gilmer Road #202.
Investigators made entry into the apartment without incident and located quantities of marijuana and ecstasy.
Two residents of the apartment, 23-year-old Aaron Lee Cardino and 21-year-old Cody Ryan Hicks, were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. Both men were booked into the Gregg County Jail.
