On Saturday January 16, 2010 at around 3:30 a.m., Longview Officers were dispatched to the Hard Tails club at 2722 Estes Parkway for a shooting that had just occurred.
Officers arrived and found that two men had been shot during an altercation at the club and the suspect had already left the scene. The Longview Fire Department/EMS transported both men to Good Shepherd Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
Longview Police Detectives have obtained an arrest warrant for the suspect in a shooting that sent two men to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The victims, 24-year-old Joshua Kelly and 25-year-old Phillip Ross, were inside the Hard Tails nightclub at 2722 Estes Parkway, when they became involved in an altercation with another man over an ex-girlfriend. Kelly and the subject left the club and went into the parking lot to fight. During this physical altercation, one of the subject’s friends, Isreal Sinegal, produced a handgun and shot Kelly and Ross.
After obtaining statements from witnesses who saw the incident, detectives obtained two felony arrest warrants for Sinegal, charging him with aggravated assault.
