The victims, 24-year-old Joshua Kelly and 25-year-old Phillip Ross, were inside the Hard Tails nightclub at 2722 Estes Parkway, when they became involved in an altercation with another man over an ex-girlfriend. Kelly and the subject left the club and went into the parking lot to fight. During this physical altercation, one of the subject’s friends, Isreal Sinegal, produced a handgun and shot Kelly and Ross.

After obtaining statements from witnesses who saw the incident, detectives obtained two felony arrest warrants for Sinegal, charging him with aggravated assault. Detectives are asking anyone who knows his whereabouts to contact Gregg County Crime Stoppers at 903-236-STOP or online at www.greggcountycrimestoppers.com.
